Bukak Posa Part VI

Ni lauk berbuka semlam...simple aje sbb dah akhir2 Ramadhan ni kan, sebelum cuti panjang, nak kena kosongkan peti ais tu..


Ikan pari bakar...sambal tu my SIL (Nadia) dah buat siap2 time weekend hari tu...so campak2 aje atas ikan pari tu and bakar..since kt umah takde daun pisang, maka aku bakar atas daun pandan..semerbak kau baunya..

Cendawan black pepper...

cili api kicap..buat cicah pari bakar

telur masin..favorite aku ni nak2 part kuning tu

hajar...nanti saya bagi resepi dia ye sbb saya pun takde resepi itu...tapi pari ni, bakar gram kunyit pun sedap..cicah dgn kicap pedas tu

Hi Marie, hey...I love that ikan pari of yours. Gorng or lemak or whatever, saya suka. And that chili api or chili padi as I know looks very nice....I must have chili everynight with my dinner....green and with white soy sauce.

Uncle Lee..yg sambal pari tu, saya cannot take the compliment lah sebab saya tak buat..saya cuma bakar n letak2 je sambal tu..heh!heh! best ye rupanye ada helper kat dapur ni..

Uncle Lee makan cili hari2 tu..jgn makan bijik dia tau..nanti apendiks pulak..

nanti saya buat n3 menu raya ye..jeng!jeng!JENG!
