Those people around me know how excited I am about the new house and I have been checking the post box since BPP released the last payment to the developer..even when I was in Sabah, I keep on reminding my hubby to check the post box for the much-waited-letter..but until today, it never arrived in my post box yet...
And today, I received a letter from BPP regarding the payment schedule for the house (yelah, the gov. had released all the total payment kan, so this is the payback time lah)...and for the next 300 months, my total gross salary will be deducted by RM1104.23 (waaa!!!! baru nak rasa gaji baru ni...).. the deduction supposed to start from October 2008 but they will only start it on January 2009 (adalah 3 months grace period tu)....berhutang sampai pencenlah ni...
And I just called the developer, asking when are we going to get the key..janganlah jadi terbengkalai pulak kan..luckly Wati (the staff with the developer who have been handling my file so far) said that they have already posted the letter..must be on the way...so Mr. Postman, cepat2lah hantarkan surat saya ye...thank you Mr. Postman, sayang awak..

Ermmm, buying a new bungalow eh?!! Wow...so rich la u...hehe!!! They'll only deduct RM1,104.23...it doesn't affect u at all! Hayya, why u beocme so much worry about that deduction...your monthly salary is RM10k plus plus what!!! How come still not enough?! If the deduction make u suffer till u can't even buy food, i suggest u to pau some money from your hubby..hehe! Psstt...once u move to your new bungalow, don't forget eh to invite me to officially launch your new bungalow...hehehe!

Hemmm....when u mentioned about deduction for RM1K+, I have been paying my HL RM1k since 2003...already 5 yrs u know...what to worry....if u insufficient fund, adik ishan kan ada....taiko HAI-O tu....kalau dah pergi Korea and Paris boleh pergi, takkan la akak marina dia tak leh tolong.....betoi tak?
tu lah putera, I ni first time kena deduct banyak tu, rasa seram pulak...tapi dah kira budget dah before beli umah tu so Insyallah, cukup..cuma nak masuk phase baru ni, biasalah takut sikit..tapi kalau takde org sewa apartment I tu, penatlah nak bayar 2 buah nanti...u ada member nak sewa apartment kat seri kembangan tak, dekat dgn putrajaya, sekolah rendah n menengah tgh bina betul2 depan apartment tu..
o ye ke....berapa u nak kasi sewa....my friend looking for hse/apt whereby the rental cost not more than rm500....but i want to rent ur new house possible or not?
heh! u nak rent rumah i tu dgn sewa yg i kena bayar ke BPP tu, ok jugak..boleh i apply kuarters, boleh dpt semi-d tu..

eh, sabo sikit N.M.I....UR HSE RENTAL that area far below than ur monthly pyment....i can only pay u rm450....if acceptable, we can sign contract for 5yrs....subject to annual review but no change in rental amount up to 25yrs....if u agreed, we can have a short meeting regards to this matter
hah!hah! tak tau aku nak jawab apa..yelah area situ sewa murah, tapi kau kan sahabat yg baik, mesti kau tak nak aku rugi kan..kan..lagipun kau kan kaya, every year mesti holiday over the sea punya...
hemmmm......aku rasa umah ko nanti mesti lawa ni....kain langsir from macy, furnitures from ikea, tak main la nilai 3 ker, warta bangi ker kann..kannn......
amboi banyaklah kau kain langsir aku dari macy, furniture dari ikea..aku ni kain langsir pun tak beli lagi, furniture ikea yg aku ada la ni hanyalah kerusi anak aku tu..pada tahap poket aku skrg ni, pi Nilai 3 pun mcm tak mampu...pening!pening..
kalau umah aku tak lawa pun, kau dtglah ye sebab aku dah 4 kali pi umah kau yg makin lawa tu...
hello....tak semstinya umah tak lawa tak pergi.....kawan tetap kawan....habis, kalau org takde umah tu tak payah jumpa ker....jumpa juger kan....kalau tak ajak makan2 kat umah, makan2 ayam penyet pun jadi ler
kau jgn janji aje putera..make sure kau jejak kaki kat umah den tau..alah, boleh pi shopping jugak...
